Lucas was raised on the Umatilla Indian Reservation in Eastern Oregon. A survivor of two wars, he served in Afghanistan and Iraq before transitioning his life to San Francisco. After working in construction and doing the odd jobs here and there, he started his own firm Eastwood Development  in  2007. He developed a passion for home building and has expanded his firm to employ a talented staff of craftsmen, designers and engineers. His passion and pragmatism is exemplified through his quality work and he continues to grow his practice through his unique ability to build relationships.
